By purchasing products from Mani Pressée by Ailani Kiara, you agree to these terms and conditions, our privacy policy, and our return/exchange policy.
SIZE KIT PURCHASE RECOMMENDATION
To ensure the best fit when purchasing press-on nails, it is essential that we know your nail sizes. I highly recommend adding a size kit with your press on set. After confirming your nail sizes, they will be saved on file for all your future purchases. Please complete the intake form available on our website to submit your measurements. Alternatively, you may DM, text, or email your sizes along with your order number.
Size kits are $10 individually and $5 when bundled with any set.
ORDER CONFIRMATION / SHIPMENT TRACKING
Shortly after placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email or text. Once your order has shipped, your tracking number will be provided. Tracking updates generally show an estimated delivery day and time within 24 hours.
SHIPPING & PROCESSING
Processing your press-on nail set typically takes 2–3 business days. Shipping generally takes 2–5 business days(excluding Sundays) for both size kits and nail sets. Shipping and handling costs are $10.90.
During periods of high order volume, expedited rush processing and shipping options are available for an additional fee. Customers may choose from:
3-Day Rush: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and shipped via 3-day delivery service.
Next-Day Air Rush: Orders are processed within 1 business day and shipped via next-day air service.
Rush processing times are estimates and may vary depending on order volume and carrier conditions.
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. I cannot be held responsible for any lost packages due to incorrect address information. If an order is returned due to an address error, you will be responsible for purchasing a new shipping label to resend the item. Digital shipping labels for returns or re-shipments can be purchased directly on my site.
Orders totaling over $100 are eligible for free standard shipping but are still subject to rush order fees if selected.
DOMESTIC / INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
At this time, Mani Pressée offers international shipping. We ship to all 50 states within the USA as well as select international destinations.
POTENTIAL SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS / UNCONTROLLED EVENTS
Mani Pressée is not responsible for packages lost during transit by courier services or for items stolen after delivery. Several factors, such as weather conditions or natural disasters, may affect delivery times.
If your order arrives damaged or is not received at all, please contact the shipping carrier (USPS) directly to file a claim. Retain all packaging materials, receipts, and any damaged goods before filing the claim.
Steps to resolve shipping issues: 1) Review the tracking information for updates. 2) Contact USPS customer service for assistance. 3) File a missing mail search request with USPS. 4) Consider filing an insurance claim if applicable. 5) Keep your receipts, order confirmation number, shipping confirmation email, and tracking information readily available.

CUSTOM ORDER POLICY Custom orders can be placed by completing the Custom Order Form on my website. Once your form is submitted, you will receive an invoice by email or text. Checkout at your convenience.
If you do not already have your sizes on file with us, a Size Kit is strongly recommended before placing a custom order.
Processing time for custom press-on sets is 2–3 business days.
Shipping for both Size Kits and nail sets typically takes 2–5 business days (excluding Sundays).
You may cancel your order within 2 hours of purchase for a full refund. Once processing has begun, all sales are final and non-refundable.
CHARGEBACK POLICY
Filing a chargeback with your bank will result in a permanent ban from placing future orders withMani Pressée by Ailani Kiara. As a small business specializing in handcrafted press-on nails, I am always willing to resolve any issue directly and quickly without involving your bank.
If you did not receive your package, believe your package was lost in transit, received a damaged set, or feel the product does not match what you ordered, you are eligible for a replacement, remake, or store credit after I review your order details. Please contact me first—most concerns can be resolved easily, and I want to ensure you are taken care of.
REFUND / EXCHANGES
If the contents in the packaging have been used and/or if the nails have been applied with any type of nail adhesive, the set can no longer be returned for a refund. If you believe you ordered the incorrect size, place the press-ons up to your natural nail for measurement before applying any adhesive or completing nail prep.
