Upgrade your coverage with our Tier 2 Complete Nail Protection Plan, designed to give you extended protection and more replacement nails for your press-on nail set.

This optional plan protects your order if nails become lost, broken, or do not fit properly after purchase. With Tier 2 coverage, you can submit a claim within 45–60 days of the purchase date for eligible issues.

Coverage Includes
• Protection for lost, broken, or size-related nail issues
• Up to 4 replacement nails maximum
• Replacement nails will be the exact design and set originally ordered

Important Coverage Details
• Design changes or custom modifications are not permitted
• One claim allowed per order
• All replacement nails must be requested within the same claim submission
• Replacement nails must match the original design and style purchased

What Is Not Covered
• Design changes or different nail sets
• Damage caused by improper application or removal
• Nails that have been reshaped, filed, repainted, or modified

How to Submit a Claim
To file a claim, please provide:
• Your order number
• Photo proof for broken or sizing issues (if applicable)

Claims must be submitted within 45–60 days of the purchase date. Claims submitted outside of this timeframe will not be eligible for coverage.
